Australia has a housing crisis. Getting approval for construction projects is complex with lots of back and forth. We are here to help. Our products streamline operations of private certifiers and building surveyors - currently, all over Australia. Our first product, also called ApprovIQ, is a web based SaaS tool which helps private certifiers and building surveyors manage core parts of their approval process. It streamlines client communication, approver review, delivery of approval results, and archiving of artifacts. With my 21+ years of software experience, I am co-founder and CTO at ApprovIQ. My role is to make all technical decisions, write all the code, and run all the systems. I am tech lead, VP Eng, agentic coding expert, and lead a huge mix of sync and async coding agents. Sometimes they need a nudge to do their work, so maybe I'm an agentic counsellor too? As I write this, we're early. We're bootstrapping because we truly believe we can win in the marketplace by keeping costs low, and a focus on serving our customers and theirs.
