For over 30 years, Surf Soccer has been an industry leader in the competitive youth soccer landscape. Our mission is to provide best in-class experiences and opportunities to young athletes. Through our strategic partnership program, called 'Surf Nation,' we strategically affiliate with soccer clubs throughout the US and deliver premier benefits through player development, coaching collaboration, and back-end business solutions to promote club growth and health. I manage over 20 club partnerships (up from 8 in 2017), delivering benefits to empower their success, while constantly looking for opportunities to grow the Surf brand in new markets and drive revenue back to Surf Sports. I also manage our club relations with various corporate partners such as Nike, Soccer.com, The Coaching Manual, and more.

Strategically develop marketing campaigns in order to drive sales and promotion of products to our retail partners. Methods include; creation sales catalogs, social media campaigns, and collaboration with industry athletes to promote products. Lead market launch of multiple new products across cycling, outdoor, and tactical markets. Identify opportunities, research new product possibilities, and collaborate with sales team to create campaigns which boost annual sales on a limited budget. Customer interface through Key accounts and affiliations such as EMS, LL Bean, and REI. Assist sales organizations in maintaining relationships.
