Create and execute differentiated daily lessons in ELA and Math based on CCS Standards in an Integrated Co-teaching classroom.
Design, develop and implement 25+ inquiry based curricula across disciplines (math, reading writing, socio-emotional, diversity/inclusion, world course) for two groups of students in Spanish immersion.
Mentor and coach new TFA corps members. - Help corps members diagnose top needs based on student progress and gaps in their learning - Observe corps member instruction in live action - Provide detailed coaching to corps members on instructional techniques, classroom management, and curriculum in order for students to reach their vision while also coaching toward corps members’ long-term leadership and helping them connect their values and beliefs to their work - Facilitate small group sessions and design learning experiences to continue additional learning of best practices and create communities of collaboration among corps members
