My work spans the full people lifecycle: global recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, payroll, and HR infrastructure. But what I care most about is building systems that don’t just work — they make people feel like they belong. Across 60+ client-supported hires in hospitality, vacation rental, real estate, and beyond, I’ve learned that the best talent strategies aren’t just about filling roles. • Lead global People & Operations during hyper-growth, scaling the company from 10 to 100+ team members across multiple countries in under a year • Own end-to-end People Ops, including global recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, payroll, compliance, and remote-work practices • Build and support distributed teams worldwide, with a strong focus on overseas talent experience, engagement, and retention • Partner closely with founders and senior leadership on org design, headcount planning, compensation, and people strategy aligned with business growth • Establish HR foundations from scratch, including policies, processes, documentation, and internal communications • Drive culture, engagement initiatives, and leadership support while acting as a trusted advisor to managers • Implement and optimize HR tech and recruiting tools (Deel, Rippling, Workable, Notion, Gusto, Indeed, Upwork, LinkedIn Recruiter) to scale efficiently • Serve as the main point of contact for all People-related topics across regions, balancing speed, structure, and employee experience
• Founded CC Hunters, an HR firm supporting small and mid-sized companies with end-to-end recruitment and HR advisory services • Led full-cycle talent acquisition for tech and non-tech roles, building teams locally and globally • Delivered hands-on HR consulting, including org design, HR foundations, policies, compliance, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management • Acted as a strategic People partner to founders and leadership teams, advising on growth, structure, culture, and workforce planning • Designed people-first strategies tailored to each client’s stage, industry, and team dynamics • Supported remote and distributed teams, helping companies scale sustainably while improving engagement and performance
