Ran reports on a daily and weekly basis using Crystal Reports Server and using Excel 2010 created and generated reports based on the information provided to me by the server. I also proof-read, edited and released company work instructions using their Intranet system known as Document Matrix. Do hourly checks on animals to ensure the well being and health of the animals. Also perform 2 hour checks on the operations of the facility and to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Helped with renting movies and answering questions for members that came into our location. On Tuesday I would help place new products on the shelves. Every three months I aided with Physical Inventory of the store and finally up-sold special products and services offered by Blockbuster to its members.
