As a member of the D&E Consulting team I engaged in a number of tasks ranging from receiving intake from clients who required assistance navigating their UltiPro accounts, to resolving various issues with their accounts on a case by case basis. In order to properly address the concerns that clients had with their accounts I received extensive training on the UltiPro software. Common issues clients had included incorrect payments for bi-weekly pay checks, incorrect sick leave available, inability to request days off, inability to create and submit time sheets, inability to access secure documents despite having the required work title and authorizations, inability to access their accounts. In order to better serve clients who were often in a heightened emotional state when contacting my department, I received customer service training on how to calm clients down and get to the root of their concerns in an efficient and professional manner. My position also allowed me the opportunity to exercise careful time management due to the high volume of calls and other correspondence I received daily from clients. At the end of each week I submitted a detailed report to my supervisors explaining the progress I made on my case load and any other unique issues that they should be aware of moving forward.
