Manage MES development release and communication with relevant stakeholders and users about the system updates Work with customers to develop project methodologies that will enhance their standards Lead MES development projects Ensure availability of the MES applications and systems for the production line Hands-on experience with 3rd Party interfaces that are commonly interfaced with MES applications like ERP, Equipment, etc. Configure MES software solution; including process authoring, development and testing
On call and onsite support for factory production outage issues Experience using screen sharing applications and other tools to troubleshoot live issues with overseas clients Key contact for troubleshooting of advanced issues through the use of database, application logs, server logs, source code access and by reproducing issues on test environments Primary point of contact for all support issues relating to the Time & Labor Module Worked with development teams to validate patch releases in staging environments Worked directly with clients to offer consulting and custom solutions Maintained an extensive knowledge base of common client issues Gained knowledge of the different DELMIA Apriso tools and modules (Process Builder, Desktop Client, Global Process Manager, XML Schema Builder, etc.)
