Over 39 years of engineering, procurement and construction experience in a wide variety of industries as a Project Controls Manager and Principal Planner/Scheduler. I have experience in the Petrochemical, LNG, Oil & Gas refining, Power Generation, Mining and Minerals, Marine Fabrication and Building industries. I am a proven team player and able to adapt to a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. I have a strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence in all projects that I undertake. For much of my career I have been responsible for Project Controls leadership, technical support and program implementation for energy, chemical, and power EPC projects. I have travelled to numerous sites domestically in the US and around the world implementing Project Controls. As the Project Controls Manager, I have the responsibility for defining responsibilities, establishing priorities, and providing guidance for schedulers, cost controllers, and earned value analysts. My team’s deliverables on projects include resource loaded schedules, critical path reporting, progress and productivity measurement, expenditure reporting and Estimate-To-Completion (ETC) / Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) reporting.
