• Developed the central framework on which all backend services of the Workomni CRM platform are built: ◦ Built the multi-tenant authentication service and a multi-database system enabling each organisation to use separate local or external databases. ◦ Developed the module for managing, executing and scheduling scripts. ◦ Built the cron job service and integrated it with EasyCron. ◦ Developed the module for handling user activity events (create, edit, assign, track, score update, task creation etc.). • Built the infrastructure for all parts of the Workomni CRM platform: ◦ Developed account, cluster management services and the role-control and permission management system. ◦ Developed the Workomni API client library. • Built the infrastructure of the Qualify marketing platform application: ◦ Developed the Collector system and integrations with Intercom, HubSpot, FreshSales and Landingi. ◦ Built the multi-organisation management system. • Contributed to the development of a private university website. • Provided technical consultancy across all software development processes.
