Şişecam’da Warehouse Development Executive olarak, depo ve lojistik operasyonlarını veri odaklı, ölçeklenebilir ve sürdürülebilir bir yaklaşımla yönetiyor ve geliştiriyorum. S/4HANA dönüşüm projelerinde SAP EWM ve MM modüllerinde edindiğim deneyimle; operasyonel ihtiyaçları sistem kurgusuna doğru şekilde yansıtan, standartları güçlendiren ve farklı lokasyonlarda aynı dili konuşan depo yapıları oluşturulmasına liderlik ediyorum. Odaklandığım temel alanlar; kapasite ve stok optimizasyonu, operasyonel verimlilik ve maliyet disiplini. Depo operasyonlarını mevcut işleyişin ötesine taşıyarak, daha yalın ve standart yapılara dönüştürmeye odaklanıyorum. Ekipler arası iş birliğini teşvik eden, net hedefler ve ölçülebilir çıktılarla ilerleyen bir yönetim anlayışı benimsiyorum. Amacım; operasyonel mükemmeliyeti kalıcı hale getirirken, Şişecam’ın küresel büyüme hedeflerine katma değer sağlayan depo ve lojistik yapıları hayata geçirmek.
- Designing an effective warehouse model by providing the targeted performance, optimum capacity usage, and cost - S4Hana Transformation (EWM/MM modules) - Identifying & establishing best practices and standardizing processes
• Developing lean processes, AGV - LGV logistics systems, and implementing automation systems • Tracking and improving the performance of logistics operations, analyzing and reporting logistics costs • Implementing and tracking of efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and 6 sigma projects • Designing and implementing WMS, route optimization processes, and performing domestic/international logistics activity benchmarks and feasibility studies
• Established Business Process Design documents of Erdemir Group including Production, Warehouse, and Quality Management domains • Prepared an introductory presentation and report of SAP HANA and S4HANA • Prepared an introductory presentation of Steel Industry • Worked with variant configuration, business rules and MII screen design in PP module for SAP integration of Erdemir Group
• Generated Flow chart of the factory and Spaghetti diagrams • Applied Lean Manufacturing rules to 9 pilot machines • Generated work – time analysis including Minitab analysis of the data and calculated Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) • Prepared a presentation of the project using Qlikview, Tableau, and Power BI • Managing the processes for the implementation of the Kaizens in the project
