About

Most suppliers don't have a visibility problem; They have an authority problem. They rely on trade shows, referrals, and founder relationships, while competitors dominate attention and buyer familiarity long before procurement begins. By the time a purchasing decision opens, the shortlist is already forming. And the suppliers who win aren't always the best. They're the most trusted, most visible, and most commercially understood. I've watched this pattern repeat across six years of commercial marketing inside hospitality, tourism, food & beverage, and B2B supplier brands. The suppliers who won understood something most don't: hospitality and healthcare and all commercial buyers can feel when a supplier truly gets their world. The daily pressures, standards, guest expectations, operational reality, timing, tone. That gap... between a supplier who knows their product and one who knows their buyer, is where most B2B marketing fails. I now work with B2B suppliers across Ireland to close that gap. Not through louder marketing, but through better alignment between what they publish, who they're selling to, and how their buyers actually make decisions. Content that warms pipeline. Founder visibility that builds trust before the first call. Commercial positioning that makes the right buyers feel understood. I'm meticulous by nature, I notice the thing three levels down that causes a problem in six weeks and I'd rather fix it now. I use (test the limits of) AI constantly, but I think the work that actually moves a B2B deal is still irreducibly human. I'll tell you what I actually think, which I've been told is unusual, but which I think is how you do right by people. If you're a B2B supplier investing in content and sales and suspect the two aren't working as hard together as they could, that's the conversation I have.
