Experience

  • Head of Technical Enablement at Semperis
    Oct 2024 - Present · 1 yr 10 mos

I lead Technical Enablement at Semperis, the pioneer in identity-driven cyber resilience. My team is responsible for equipping internal technical teams, channel partners, and customers with the knowledge and hands-on skills they need to protect the world's most critical Active Directory and hybrid identity environments from cyberattack. What I own: • Global Technical Certification Program — Designed and launched a multi-level certification program (Foundation → Advanced → Expert) across Semperis products. Partners and internal engineers earn validated credentials through structured learning paths, knowledge assessments, and hands-on labs. • Hands-On Lab Ecosystem — Architecting and scaling a lab-driven enablement platform that mirrors real-world enterprise AD and security environments. These labs are the backbone of our enablement program, new-hire onboarding, and partner training — giving technical audiences validated, practical experience with identity security and recovery. • Training Content & Curriculum — Building the full enablement content engine: product training courses (ILT, vILT, self-paced video), official curriculum, and technical deep-dives. I personally develop and deliver training across our product portfolio, keeping pace with each release cycle. • Partner Enablement — Driving technical readiness for strategic partners, including advanced certification tracks and in-person training bootcamps. Leading the partner certification program as the blueprint for scaling across our partner ecosystem. • Team Building — Growing the Technical Enablement function from the ground up — hiring instructional designers, technical instructors, and lab architects to build a best-in-class enablement organization.
