The leader in the entertainment industry is the perfect company to learn from on performing a role to the highest of standards. From around the world, people flock to the Walt Disney World Resort to live in the stories that I help create daily. In unique harmony, I verbally tell the story and facilitate the interaction the performer creates for the guest. The magic behind the curtain includes: -Assist in maintaining costume show quality with a constant focus on maintenance during the performance -Build the excitement and anticipation for the guests before the performer greets them reducing any wait-time to a mere after thought -Incorporate OSHA, Disney Four Keys (especially safety), and performance guidelines to maintain performer safety in each interaction
-Design merchandise presentations for each individual store location with in Dinoland and the Main Entrance of Animal Kingdom -Keep the story alive with specific product placement and creative use of fixtures -Arrange product according to Disney Visual Standards, Location Planning, and visual presentation This position was a temporary assignment with the Walt Disney World Company while one of the department's cast members was on medical leave.

A focus in health through the natural pathways is the way in which this skin care company sets itself above the rest. The location is at Downtown Disney where Disney Standards of Show, Safety, Courtesy, and Efficiency are maintained. Magical Moments and top guest service is expected of every associate as is a focus in minimizing operating costs. -Completed all point of sale opening and closing procedures, including counting the contents of the cash register. -Incorporated the four Disney Basics to ensure not only a pleasant shopping experience, but also the Disney level of quality -Cross-trained in the shipping and customer service department providing both fast and immediate processing of orders and sound customer relations
CoreAthletics is a company designed around improving every athlete through development of core strength. The original focus was in cheerleading where little was being done to innovate how cheerleaders trained at home. Each product has since been developed to work in other sports and train all athletes. CoreAthletics is even proud to announce that it is working with physical therapists to expand their clientele. My role with the company is to manipulate social media to our advantage. Using outlets like Twitter and Facebook for free marketing has brought in a wider range of customers than we previously had. It also affords us the ability to post descriptions on how to use the products. Customer relations has always been something that the company prides itself in. I am beginning to incorporate technology into the picture to ensure that every customer is contacted to see how they respond to the product. We are a company that will expand because of word of mouth which is why both of my roles are so important.
