Investigation of emissions from large, low speed ship engines burning high sulphur diesel fuel, particularly particle emissions and heterogenous chemistry.
Study of the CCN activity, emissions, and processes producing natural aerosol in the marine boundary layer through laboratory investigation. Determined, with collaborators, mechanisms that impact laboratory generated model marine aerosols with the intent of improving global parameterizations of sea spray flux.
