Key Researcher & Qualitative Moderator for the FESAS Project (Formal Agricultural Employment Support for Refugees and Turkish Citizens through Enhanced Market Linkages). Led the project and process evaluation analysis, conducting over 60 focus groups with farmers, public officials, Turkish agricultural workers, and migrant agricultural workers. (In collaboration with the World Bank and the European Union)
• Conducted research in social studies and public policy, leading 30+ Key Informant Interviews, 20+ focus groups, and surveys with 1,000+ respondents in Şişli district during the local elections. • Executed marketing and consumer behavior research in the FMCG sector as an independent consultant. • Moderated key interviews for the "Sabancı Republic Mobilization" project, contributing to social impact analysis. • Served as the lead researcher for a capacity-building project with the Ministry of Industry and Technology, spearheading the "SEECO Needs Assessment" using MAXQDA, and fostering stakeholder collaboration. • Designed research tools for UNICEF and INGEV’s "KAP Study on Early Childhood Development", supporting social behavior change initiatives.
