After graduating from Boğaziçi University's Department of Turkish Language and Literature, she completed her second undergraduate degree at Üsküdar University's Department of Psychology. She earned her Master’s degree (MSc) from the University of Health Sciences, with a thesis investigating the impact of calligraphy art therapy on psychological and social conditions and symptoms, particularly impulsivity, through a randomized controlled trial. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Social Work at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa. She has been professionally engaged in letter/signature/typography design and calligraphy art for many years.
I am continuing my studies on trauma, behavioral addiction, depression, anxiety, and impulsivity. With the academic and clinical trainings and experiences I have received, I follow a holistic and systemic approach.
