Supporting Apple Retail’s expansion in India by driving recruitment operations for the upcoming New Store Openings (NSOs) in Hyderabad and Bengaluru East. - Partner with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and Sourcing teams to support hiring across 18 retail roles for two new store launches. - Manage end-to-end candidate pipelines, ensuring an efficient hiring process and a seamless candidate experience. - Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the recruitment process. - Monitor pipeline health, hiring progress, and recruitment data to identify potential risks and support informed hiring decisions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate hiring challenges, prioritize critical roles, and help maintain hiring momentum against launch timelines. - Coordinate cross-functional recruitment activities to support workforce planning and store launch readiness. - Deliver recruitment insights and Inclusion & Diversity reporting to support data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with leadership team to create an engaging work environment - Supporting employees in finding answers to people related questions and directing them to the right resources - Coordinating external recruitment and internal selection processes, ensuring a great candidate journey - Organizing and facilitating introduction and trainings for new co-workers - Managing the budget and events for special days (launch, holiday season, etc.) - Providing excellent employee experience and creating people related projects (inclusion & diversity, volunteering, well-being); - Follow up of vacation/absence and time and attendance policy (e.g. annual leave requests, sick leaves, overtime) - Keeping employees' HR legal documents up to date
- Partnered with the EMEIA Non-Leadership Sourcing team and local retail leadership, acting as the initial representative of the company and ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience - Collaborated closely with multiple stakeholders to align hiring needs, timelines, and candidate profiles - Contributed to defining strategic sourcing and hiring approaches, supporting more inclusive and diverse recruitment outcomes for retail stores across Turkey and UAE - Sourced and attracted qualified retail talent while maintaining strong alignment between candidate profiles and business requirements - Utilized ATP to manage sourcing pipelines, candidate tracking, and position fulfillment effectively - Led sourcing seminars and conducted competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications and role fit - Delivered training sessions on applicant tracking systems to retail store leadership teams, supporting smoother hiring execution - Achieved a 70% success rate for candidates - Actively involved in project-based initiatives beyond core role scope, contributing at a senior operational level within the Turkey market
