I manage data end-to-end, and I have hired, trained, and managed linguists, and native speakers of more than 40 languages to do various tasks such as prompt evaluation and comparison, annotation, vocalization (Arabic script languages), part of speech tagging, translation, transcription, lexicon development, sentiment analysis, regular expressions development, grammar creation, research, etc. I have done extensive manual quality assurance on various products, wrote test plans, found and reported bugs following scrum methodology. - Deliver high quality multilingual training data to support GenAI, transcription, translation, and lexicon development. - Lead the linguistic project components (e.g., productivity, training, calibration, communications, QA) or end-to-end for Gen AI and other language services projects. - Lead the development of clear, accurate, and timely project resources—such as guidelines, cheatsheets, and FAQs—to align contributors with client expectations. - Analyze language-focused datasets to uncover linguistic patterns, semantic inconsistencies, and optimization opportunities. - Own the delivery of high-quality linguistic data by leading QA workflows and documentation updates. - Support Client Partners & Project Managers by providing linguistic & AI project expertise & consultancy during client meetings, workshops, etc.
