Throughout my educational journey, I have had the opportunity to develop myself in various fields through the experiences gained and skills acquired. I am developing myself by taking training in Data Analytics and Data Science. I aim to further advance my career in Data by combining the knowledge I have acquired with my current experiences. My open approach to learning and embracing innovation brings me joy in acquiring new skills and expanding my existing knowledge.
-Working in the process development team in the Customer Services department, making improvements to increase customer satisfaction in processes related to cargo, delivery and supply complaints. -Analyzing complaint data, performing root cause analysis and providing process development suggestions accordingly. -Querying large data sets using SQL and obtaining meaningful insights into operational processes. -Regularly extracting and analyzing data from databases to optimize reporting processes, preparing reports for performance and customer satisfaction measurements. -Designing chatbot and WhatsApp bot flows in collaboration with relevant teams to optimize the user experience; managing comprehensive testing processes to validate the functionality of the developed flows and promptly resolving issues.
-Working on data analysis, data visualization and modeling with Python and SQL. -Developing predictive models using machine learning algorithms (e.g. regression, KNN). -Analyzing CRM data and implementing segmentation projects to understand customer behavior. -Analyzing the effects of marketing campaigns by applying A/B tests. -Preparing visualized reports with Power BI and providing data insights to support business decisions. -I finished the bootcamp program with first place with my graduation project, a new generation holiday assistant that offers holiday route suggestions with personality traits.
-Organizing internal and external company events, providing external communications working with the CEO and CMO.
-Providing remote support to Türk Telekom office and dealer employees.
