Key Responsibilities • Analyzing the issues and opportunities for the given market context and developing marketing and business strategies to address market share, growth and profit objectives. • Leading critical decisions and aligning with senior stakeholders in regards to portfolio optimization, forecasting, pricing and P&L. • Conducting market analysis and research to design new product launches as well as new promotional mechanisms. • Crafting campaigns derived from consumer insights, covering ATL, BTL, PR and creative OOH.
Reporting to Marketing Director, managing Algida in-home ice cream portfolio with 1 direct report. Key Responsibilities • Analyzing the issues and opportunities for the given market context and developing marketing and business strategies to address market share, growth and profit objectives. • Developing a full-fledge 3 year innovation funnel in line with the consumer profiles and emerging market needs.
Reporting to Brand Manager, managing Magnum and Algida snacking brands in the region for Turkey, Russia, Israel, North Africa and Middle Eastern countries. Key Responsibilities • Assisting the Brand Manager with the development of 3 year marketing strategy and an innovation funnel in line with the needs of different geographies and consumers. • Leading complex project networks for new product launches with cross-functional teams of R&D, SC, Finance and 3rd parties. • Delivering the portfolio mix and communication assets tailored to each country's needs after aligning with senior-level stakeholders and global brand teams.
Responsible for every-day management of Bebelac baby nutrition brand as well as assisting in the launch of the premium line Bebelac Gold and organizing a road show in the east of Turkey for education of mothers and thus market development.
