Christopher Burns is the founder and CEO of Inth, building code-native privacy compliance infrastructure for AI-era software. He is a technical founder and 10-year programmer focused on moving compliance out of PDFs and dashboards, and into the codebases, product workflows, and agentic systems where privacy risk actually happens. He has worked closely with leadership across the modern web ecosystem, including NextJS, TanStack, RedwoodJS, and Gatsby, and has spoken at Vercel’s Next.js Conf, and Netlify’s Jamstack Conf. Before Inth, Christopher founded Everfund, an enterprise donation infrastructure platform used by major nonprofits. He has raised venture funding, scaled technical teams, and built products across modern web architecture, multi-tenant systems, developer tools, and compliance infrastructure.
Building Inth, the AI-native compliance team for companies that ship fast. We help software teams move privacy and compliance work closer to the code they ship, starting with c15t: an open-source consent and privacy infrastructure SDK with 2.7M downloads. Inth replaces slow, dashboard-first compliance tooling with developer-native infrastructure for consent management, data subject requests, policy workflows, vendor oversight, and audit-ready evidence. The goal is simple: make compliance programmable, observable, and trustworthy by default.

Grew to thousands of monthly listeners and hosted 50+ episodes.
Founded and ran a web development studio specializing in user-focused interfaces and modern web applications. Led technical architecture and client relationships, delivering projects using TypeScript, React, and modern frontend frameworks. Managed a small team of developers and consistently delivered projects on time and within budget.
Worked on the core platform team developing new features and improving the rental property management system. Implemented TypeScript best practices and developed an interactive property search system with map-based discovery, similar to Airbnb's interface. Built real-time property location visualization and filtering to help students find rental properties more efficiently.
