PXGEO is a marine seismic services company providing geophysical data acquisition to the global energy sector, operating a fleet of seismic vessels and developing next-generation autonomous underwater vehicle technology through the MantaRay AUV programme. As CSTO & EVP, I lead the company's strategic direction and transformation agenda, with direct responsibility for Sales, Commercial, the AUV business unit, and the MantaRay AUV development project. My role spans commercial performance, business development, technology transition, and organisational change. I report to the CEO.
As CCO, owned PXGEO's global commercial performance. I built the Commercial function from the ground up including recruiting the team and putting in place the processes that drove contract acquisition across the business.
As CFO, I set up PXGEO's global finance and tax functions from day one. Part of the founding team that established PXGEO out of the Polarcus restructuring, I built the finance organisation, restructured the balance sheet, and put in place the financial platform for the new group
Polarcus is a publicly traded (OSE: PLCS) geophysical service provider of safe and environmentally responsible marine acquisition services. The company operates a fleet of high performance seismic vessels globally from its head office in Dubai and regional offices located in Houston, London, Singapore and Oslo. As CFO, I led the company's global finance and tax functions. I built a strong team and managed the company through several market downturns and default scenarios by downsizing the company to its core operating assets, controlling cost, restructuring the company’s capital structure and raising capital.
Member of executive leadership team with responsibility for the company's Investment planning, corporate financing and capital sourcing. - Led the negotiation and implementation of a USD 675 million consensual debt restructuring including, bank debt, bond issues and vessel sale-leasebacks. - Instrumental in refinancing $145m of bond debt and raising $35m of equity. - Prepared prospectuses for listing of new shares & bonds and the annual reports
