Scouted and evaluated 100+ startups, strategic partnerships, and M&A opportunities across bowel care, continence care, and ostomy care, mapping early- to late-stage technologies globally to accelerate Coloplastβs innovation pipeline. Led cross-functional technical due diligence, assessing clinical validation, regulatory pathways, manufacturing scalability, and IP strength in collaboration with R&D, clinical, and IP teams. Identified emerging trends, market gaps, and high-potential opportunities for Coloplastβs chronic care business areas. Contributed to defined M&A focus areas for Chronic Care Business Areas, preparing deep-dive reports, benchmarking analyses, and recommendations for leadership and steering committees. Presented findings and recommendations to Leadership Team and steering committees, directly informing investment, partnership, and M&A decisions. Supported early-stage technology exploration in Coloplast R&D, providing insights on commercially available and emerging solutions to inform innovation strategy. Launched open innovation call in collaboration with European Innovation Council (EIC) Outcome: 10+ deep-dive reports, contributed to defining M&A themes for bowel care BA, participated in 20+ conferences and trade fairs, connecting numerous start-ups and internal stakeholders.
