• Establishment Processes for Mutual Funds, Money Market Funds, Debt Instruments Funds, Equity Funds, Fund of Funds, Participation Funds, and Alternative Investment Funds: Execution of application processes with the Capital Markets Board (CMB), Trade Registry (TTSG), BIST, Central Securities Depository (CSD), Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Takasbank, Tefas, Euroclear, Custodian Banks, and Brokerage Firms. Updating processes by following regulatory changes made by relevant regulatory authorities. Ensuring data flows compatible with internal company systems and contributing to digital processes. Ensuring regular reconciliation and coordination with portfolio managers, accounting teams, and custodian institutions. Completing investor account opening and fund purchase processes in accordance with compliance regulations. End-to-end design and testing of new product launches and operational processes. • General Assembly and Board of Directors Meetings: Organizing meetings, recording and announcing proceedings, and making relevant CMB disclosures. • Public Disclosure Platform (KAP): Submitting complete notifications to KAP, CMB, Takasbank, MKK, and the Stock Exchange within the legal deadlines. • Establishment of the Risk Department and Risk Active Processes: Uploading daily fund reports to the system, preparing Var reports, and implementing the risk management system. • Compliance Officer
