After completing my master’s degree in marketing at Brunel University London, I have built over four years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, account management, and executive recruitment, primarily within the IT and payments industries. I also have expertise in the luxury hotel industry, with a strong background in customer service. I am currently a Recruiter and Account Specialist at Syngenia, a leading provider of engineering and consulting services within the Engie Group. In this role, I collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to design and implement recruitment sourcing strategies, plan job days, and conduct candidate screening and interviews for a variety of positions, including senior leadership roles. My expertise spans headhunting, executive search, and IT recruitment, supported by strong teamwork and communication skills. *Support administration for the career suspension requests (parental leave, time credit, and thematic leave). *Administration support liaison payroll team relating to working time and absences (sickness, maternity leave). *Payroll Belgium – support liaison other TME HR & Accounting functions. *Payroll EPAC International – support of monthly & yearly payments & some data reconciliation. *Budget Invoices – administration of department and labour cost invoice processing & budget setup and monitoring. *Occasional Support as a back-up to the payroll team to provide telephone, email service desk for employee queries (absences, insured benefit).
