Adphorus is a performance marketing platform and a Facebook Marketing Partner based in Istanbul. Our offering includes a SaaS solution that provides travel advertisers with a comprehensive ad platform for Facebook ad optimisation. Adphorus was acquired by Sojern in November 2017. As COO, I was responsible for setting up and running Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and HR teams while running the investor relations efforts.
Pozifit started off as a marketplace of premium fitness services in Turkey. Members can purchase monthly memberships, personal training classes, group class passes and personalised training programs over the website. Pozifit also released a B2B SaaS platform, PozifitPro which is a studio management software for fitness, Pilates and yoga studios to streamline their operations and keep track of their schedules
External advisor to Mobilike, the leading mobile advertising company in Turkey, on their fundraising activities, investor relations and business development. As an advisor: -Worked with co-founders to secure external financing to structure a management buyback of co-founders shares -Initiated the sellside process of Mobilike which was acquired by Opera Mediaworks
