- Reports to Country Organizational Development Manager. - Develop annual training budget. - Analyze training needs, develop and execute training plan for salaried employees. - Coordinate and support technical training specialists for 3 plants. - Review effectiveness of technical training
- Reports to Country HR Manager and European HR Manager responsible of HR EOS. - Coordinate human resources Lean Operating System activities as a member of European DBS (Delphi Business System) team. - Create and update European HR procedures, find benchmarks and create European HR business flows (forms, procedures, work instructions). - Modify all human resources procedures according to new operating system (EOS). - Train HR professionals in Europe about EOS related topics. - Update human resources procedures and applications of Delphi Turkey according to European updates, if needed. - Coordinate Expatriate issues between Turkey and related countries (all law regulations, working permits, tax issues, etc) - Responsible for preparing documents - Member of European expatriates coordinators team, represent Turkey. - Support plant HR issues.
- Reports to HR Manager/İzmir plant - Represent HR department in the plant for all HR related subjects. - Responsible for recruitment (both salaried and hourly employee) - Hired more than 1500 direct operators according to a business transfer plan (select, test and interview) - Develop and evaluate salaried employee trainings - Coordinate employee satisfaction survey. Report results to Delphi Turkey management. - Coordinate Conflict Of Interest (COI) survey in Turkey. Report the results to European COI coordinator and Delphi Turkey management - Coordinate Excellence week activities in Turkey as a member of European Excellence week team. - Follow HR metrics and be a part of preparing action plans (turnover, absenteeism, hiring status…) - Attend capacity planning (occupation plan) meetings and represent HR - Manage HR SharePoint
