Managing multi-countries and remote teams on Indirect Procurement and Contract Manufacturing Categories. Reports to EMEA Procurement Director, manages $40M budget for Indirect, Corrugates and Contract Manufacturing Categories of 4 countries, Turkey, Morocco, Egypt and Saudi Arabia and leads a team of 3 associates; 1 manager, 2 senior buyers. Demonstrates leadership and overall ownership on the development of assigned countries. Implements Regional and Global procurement policies and creates strategies within the assigned geographies and bridges between the local and regional/global studies and best practices. In line with agreed global or regional procurement strategies, develops and leads Avon’s relations with vendors and regulatory authorities of assigned countries.
Reports directly to Country Procurement Director, manages team of 3 people, and $40M Indirect Materials and Services Budget. Creates sourcing strategies for the category and bridges between the local and regional studies and best practices. Focuses on cost and cash flow improvement, complexity reduction, vendor relations, contract management, supplier evaluation, risk assessment and compliance processes.
Reports directly to Country Procurement Manager, manages Professional and Corporate Services (P&CS) Tower’s strategic initiatives and goals for cost reduction. Focuses on WAPT, productivity and synergy target achievement, supplier reduction and compliance processes. Manages $20M budget for below responsibility areas; Operational Car Lease, Fleet Management, Fuel, Travel agency selection, Global and Local Hotels, Organizations and Events, Facility Management, Merchandising Services, Personnel Transportation Services, Courier Services, Office Supplies, Mobile Telephony, Fixed Telephony and Conferencing Services, Consultancy Services, IT Labour/Contractors/Outsourcing, Laptop and Office printers and procurement of other hardware and consumables, also supports Sales and Marketing Tower on POP materials and displays, BTL, Marketing Agencies and Consumer insight activities. Contract management of agreements.
Reports directly to Demand Planning Manager, working closely with Trade Marketing/Marketing Activation and International Sales Team to decide on In Market Sales (IMS) volumes. Determines demand volumes for nearly 120 SKUs of Gum category for Domestic Sales and nearly 220 SKUs for all categories for International Sales both short and long term by taking into consideration distributor stock levels every month. Manages demand value for around 200M TL NSV in total. Responsible for ABC analysis and Obsolete stock process for International Sales. Monitored monthly expiry risked products and reports to Sales team in order to eliminate obsolete risk. Assigned as the owner of Working Capital process for International Sales. Focuses on Forecast Error measurement and manages the continuous improvement of forecast accuracy. In cooperation with Supply Planning Team, drove a strong supply/service agenda for all areas of the Business whilst optimizing inventory levels and maximizing customer service
-Was responsible from 6 distributors in Far East and 1 distributor in USA. -Developed individual sales plans with each distributor to maximise sales in the territory and ensure that all annual targets (~20 mio TL) are met. -Assisted region manager with the preparation of annual budgets and sales forecasts. -Placed orders (~50 annual) in SAP considering the regional capacities. -Prepared daily sales, stock and receivable reports.
