I worked as an internal Project Manager at Instrument Transformer Center of Competence (IT CoC Global HUB). In this position, I completely changed the workflow (make a digital workflow from scratch) and reduced the lead time and process time of transformer offer calculation by developing state-of-the-art web based software called OneClick totally integrated with suppliers’ webservices. It is a pure game changer that drastically maximizes the efficiency of the department and increases the customer satisfaction by reducing the response time from 4-5 days to less than 1 hour. The project was awarded as a Continuous Improvement Project and OneClick has been actively used in different regions from Brazil to Indonesia.
This was the compulsory military service duration in my career. I was responsible for the maintenance check and audits for the distribution transformers of the Mediterranean Region of Turkey, prepared checklists and reported to the management.
I worked at a large SCADA design project in a 480MW Power Plant. It was a quiet huge system with more than 300 pages. The whole system was redesigned from scratch to run at Windows platform. I was also responsible for the country sales/technical support of the OPC software called Kepware, redesigned the website which boosted the sales.
