      I worked as an internal Project Manager at Instrument Transformer Center of Competence (IT CoC Global HUB). In this position, I completely changed the workflow (make a digital workflow from scratch) and reduced the lead time and process time of transformer offer calculation by developing state-of-the-art web based software called OneClick totally integrated with suppliers’ webservices. It is a pure game changer that drastically maximizes the efficiency of the department and increases the customer satisfaction by reducing the response time from 4-5 days to less than 1 hour. The project was awarded as a Continuous Improvement Project and OneClick has been actively used in different regions from Brazil to Indonesia.
