I work as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, I am responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales teams in my region. I continuously strive to meet our sales targets and improve our processes. -Adapting and transferring Continental Turkey's market strategy, philosophy, sales conditions, and sales targets to our dealers. -Ensuring coordination of local dealers to achieve sales targets. -Analyzing retail sales and stock status by tracking daily dealer activities. -Preparing relevant documents and follow up with dealers. -Visiting dealers and planning marketing activities for the district. -Providing theoretical and practical training to the regional sales team.
-Obtaining data through tire measurements (tread depth, inflation pressure, wear pictures) as input for further (internal) data processing and analyzing tires -Creating snapshot of tire and vehicle status to identify sales opportunities and improvement potential at fleets -Visiting fleets regularly and preparing reports to technical customer services and sales team -Being contact person for fleet services -Providing technical trainings and supporting fleet customers in this sense -Conducting training and supporting on digital solution installations when required -Supporting Conti Life Cycle business by providing technical expertise
- By combining the manufacturer and authorized services, resolving and reporting possible complaints and producing solution suggestions. - To analyze and evaluate complaints about products and examine defective parts. - Ensuring customer satisfaction in authorized services. - To follow the activity of the products in the field. - Developing After-Sales Service Processes and increasing the applicability of the processes. - To increase the technical competence of authorized services and provide training support.
- Conducted product training sessions for Volkswagen technicians on new vehicle technologies. ( Basic technical training, Vehicle electricity, Gasoline and diesel engines, Electrical diagnosis, Diagnostics, Power transmission systems, Heating and air conditioning, Comfort electronics and Security electronics) - Collaborated with senior trainers to ensure accurate and effective delivery of technical information. - Assisted in developing training materials and presentations for technical training programs.
