During my years at university, I increased my competencies by doing internships in many different sectors. I deepened some of the competencies I had acquired, and I gained other parts as support competencies. I have changed sectors and jobs by specializing in Employer Brand Management and Project Management for years. I can list my current position as Talent Recruitment Account Manager. In this position, I bring Technical and Non-Technical talents to the Turkcell ecosystem and also play an active role in Talent Acquisition projects.
