An experienced Contract Administrator & Engineer (BSc Civil Engineer & PGDip in Oil, Gas and Renewable Energy Law) with a proven track record in delivering multibillion US dollars onshore infrastructure and offshore oil & gas projects. I have initiated my carrier as a project engineer and gained an extensive experience in execution and delivery of onshore infrastructures projects (containing scopes of wet utility lines, gas transmission lines, telecommunication network, LV/MV/HV/EHV power lines, medium/high/extra high voltage substations, pump stations, SCADA rooms, etc.) by achieving required safety and quality standards as well as meeting the time and cost targets. Subsequently, I have moved my career to Contracts & Subcontracts Department. Project: Construction of Link Roads Adjacent to Al Khor Expressway Employer: Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL) Supervision Consultant: KEO International Consultants Project Budget: QAR 550,000,000.00 / US $ 150,000,000.00 -circa.- The Project consists of seven link roads with complete infrastructure -dry and wet utility lines, telecomminication networks, electrical power lines- and landscape packages. Project comprises of the design, construction and 400 days maintenance of the link roads. A network of service roads is required adjacent to the main alignment which connects the upgrade to existing and future developments. Road design must comply with and satisfy the requirements of the full traffic model for year 2031. The Project involves construction and upgrade of 6 main junctions (F106-B3-R5-R6-R7-R8) starting from West of Olympic Roundabout to the West of New Al Rayyan Roundabout including major superstructures like bridges, fly overs, underpasses, and tunnels. Construction of pump stations, SCADA rooms, electrical power stations, dry utilities such as LV/MV/HV networks, street lighting, communication lines, intelligent transportation system network, and wet utilities such as storm water, treated sewage effluent, potable water, foul sewer lines are also covered in the scope of the Project.
