* Formula development& managing packaging alternatives, defining and following up the development tests for the area of resposibility * Coordination between R&D&purchasing&planning&production &marketing and sales for the assigned projects. * Process optimization and organizing production trials. * Contact with external institutes (claim support&defining new test procedures,legal obligations etc.) * Supporting purchasing via alternative and new chemical&packaging suppliers * Legal issues (regulatory work; application dossiers, product notifications, necessary tests, approval of artworks etc. ) *Supporting export sales for regulatory conformation and further product developments.
* Formula Development for men care cosmetics, hair care, toothpaste, aerosols, fine fragrance. * Follow up for the assigned projects. * Scale up process before the first production runs. * Supporting R&D Regulatory Team for legal issues
Developing new season's portfolio for multinational customers. New chemical and fabric trials and purchase approvals Scale up batching for R&D samples
