TOBi Digital Assistant • Working as a Digital Product Lead for the AI-based Vodafone digital assistant involved in mobile application and other channel integrations such as Whatsapp (Vodafone's leader and multi-award-winner chatbot/digital assistant serving to 25+ millions Vodafone customers) • Overseeing entire lifecycle of the digital product and driving the product backlog by defining and delivering MVPs • Caring & Engaging with customers "proactively" using Adobe Targets & Analytics where we understand customers' need before they enter the digital assistant TOBi • Leveraging digital channel and technologies and integrating them with the digital product (e.g NLP,Voice Technologies, AI,Machine Learning,RPA) • Managing Natural Language Understanding (NLU) model with a continuous improvement approach with using Microsoft's tools • Designing the customer conversation flows in the customer care channels by analysing as-is customer journeys, internal and external data sources and content-analysis • Developing customer insights by implementing and using a full range of data sources such as conversation history, user resarch, A/B testing
• Managing all aspects of development and enhancements from concept to delivery, identifying risks and proposing mitigating actions, in collaboration with the product owners • Generating different product backlog items for Health Products and creating close feedback loops for the team to share immediate feedback • Analyzing client needs, process and deliver product accordingly using Agile methodology • Being Responsible for directing teams, ensuring that organization goals are attained, implementing and monitoring software development processes, and reporting to senior management
• Gathering high level requirements from client and creating detailed and explanatory functional design analysis documents • Providing functional clarification to the developers • Contacting with the development team & business units regularly especially during the development phase • Ensuring the functional testing & UAT phases of the project on time • Becoming a first point of contact on the both side, client and development team • Reporting progress, status issues to Project Management Team every week
