In this role, I manage both the frontend development quality and the company's DevOps processes. I led a major project to modernize our infrastructure, moving from manual workflows to a fully automated system. My work on this successful transformation led to my promotion to Chapter Lead, where I now oversee both areas. Here are the key details of my work: • Setting up an On-Prem Git server and moving all internal projects into Docker containers. This ensured that our applications work consistently in every environment. • Designing and creating CI/CD pipelines for all projects by configuring YAML files. I automated the build, test, and deployment phases to remove manual errors. • Creating a fully automated deployment flow. Now, when code is merged (depending on the project), GitLab Runner automatically builds a new Docker image, notifies the system, and updates the production environment directly. • Improving DevOps workflows by using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. I focused on making our infrastructure easier to manage and update. • Setting up monitoring and logging systems using Prometheus and Grafana. This helped us track application performance and find issues quickly. • Using Docker Swarm to manage our containers.
