I will be managing all the HR functional needs of the 5 affiliate companies under my remit; including employee experience practices and all recruitment processes.
- Conducting all the recruitment processes within the scope of International Programs and within the General Directorate, - Conduct headhunt searches through different career platforms, - Performing and carrying out the projects belonging to Recruitment Management Directorate, follow up of organizational processes, - Performing the evaluation center and digital maintenance reports in coordination with IT, - Working on procedures and regulations, - Organizational development, managing employee levels tables and task charts, - Representing the institution on behalf of Human Resources Corporate Brand Management at various career day events and organizations.
- Management of recruitment projects - To update CVs - Make announcements in relevant portals and social media channels & follow them up - Communicate with the career desks of the universities and share the relevant announcements - Make the necessary CV searches, prepare long and short list candidates - Conduct tele-interviews or Skype with the appropriate candidates - Make interviews with the appropriate candidates and prepare reports - To conduct the full communication with the candidates during the process, inform the candidates regarding the process - To provide the coordination of the organized trainings, make the participant & hotel organizations - Make researches for the marketing of the company and enhancement of customer portfolio - Search the new regulations and information regarding HR and prepare reports
