❖ Procurement team management responsibility ❖ Procurement responsibility for all Aksa Energy Power Plants : Ghana, Madagascar, Mali, Sudan, Cyprus and Turkey. ❖ Make an annual purchase of approx. 100M EUR for power plant’s engine spare parts purchasing by overseas, maintenance agreements, oil and fuel purchasing. ❖ Expand supplier pool by searching new suppliers in order to create cost advantage
❖ Lead Commodity Buyer as being responsible for managing the strategic sourcing and tendering activities of the assigned commodities. Understanding of technology trends, market forces, cost trends, and supplier technology road maps for new biddings. ❖ Price and Negotiation responsibility to coordinating with Engineering, Operations and Maintenance to develop strategies that ensure a robust, competitively priced supply chain with the best supply partners at a competitive cost and delivery time. ❖ Supplier Performance Management Process to monitor and report continuously improve supplier performance.(On Time Delivery, Quality and Cost). ❖ Negotiation with suppliers ( prices, payment, incoterms, warranty etc) follow up Purchase to Pay process ( PO, invoice, payment,)and tracking on time delivery (delivery confirmation and stocking) ❖ Contract Management, Technical confirmation and commitment with suppliers. ❖ Identification of suitable suppliers and audit to suppliers regularly as planned and follow up the open issues daily basis related with supply chain or quality. ❖ Definition of bidding standards and preparation of Purchasing Agreements. ❖ Supplier selection, cost structure analysis, cost reduction studies
❖ Taking full responsibility of New Corolla Project with a proper coordination of R&D engineers and buyers in order to ensure the success of the project in terms of project budget, project timing and risk management ❖ Coordinating cost reduction activities for EU & JP parts in supply chain area. ❖ Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of EU & JP parts’ order & maintain optimum stock level at Production lines & warehouse.
