I’m an Infrastructure and Enterprise Architect who loves turning complex, messy environments into fast, scalable, and well-governed platforms that teams actually enjoy using. I work end-to-end across Edge, Cloud, On-Prem, and Hybrid Landscapes, building solid foundations for Developer platforms, DevOps workflows, and Data and AI/ML solutions/platforms. Over the years I’ve designed and delivered modern platforms, standardized fragmented environments, and led organizations through tough technical and cultural change. I’m at my best when I’m creating structure out of chaos: defining clear standards, shaping roadmaps, building high-performing teams, and then driving execution until the new way of working becomes “business as usual. ”Whether it’s modernizing legacy infrastructure, enabling self-service for developers, or making data and AI platforms robust and production-ready, I focus on one thing: "moving things forward"—from idea to architecture to running in production, with measurable impact.
Led the Cloud CCoE team, enabling adoption of cloud-first principles and best practices across the organization. Designed and executed cloud migration strategies in collaboration with global partners and application owners. Supported the Applications team in migrating diverse workloads, including serverless architectures, 3-tier applications, and telco workloads (SBC, PGW, etc.). Delivered a Proof of Concept for the BICS's Data & Analytics environment migration to cloud, shaping the long-term data strategy. Migrated and optimized core enterprise platforms such as the BICS customer faced API Gateway and Customer Portal. Partnered with cross-functional teams to ensure security, scalability, and compliance in cloud deployments.
