Burak Bayram, 2016 yılında Bilkent Üniversitesi Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi bölümünden onur derecesiyle mezun oldu. Lisans eğitimi süresince Avrupa Birliği Bakanlığı’nda staj yaptı ve Danimarka’daki Aarhus Üniversitesi’nde Erasmus programı kapsamında Karşılaştırmalı Siyaset ve Avrupa Çalışmaları üzerine dersler aldı, projeler yürüttü. Kariyerine Birleşmiş Milletler Mülteciler Yüksek Komiserliği (UNHCR) Çocuk Koruma Birimi’nde başladı. Suriye, Afganistan, İran ve Irak gibi ülkelerden gelen çocuklarla mülakatlar gerçekleştirdi, dosyalarını hazırladı ve raporlarını üst kurullara sundu. Acil durumlarda çözüm süreçlerini yönetti. Daha sonra insan kaynakları alanına yöneldi ve farklı sektörlerde birçok başarılı işe alım süreci yönetti. Bugüne kadar çeşitli firmalara, üst düzey yöneticilerden teknik uzmanlara kadar pek çok nitelikli adayın kazandırılmasını sağladı. İşe alım stratejilerini oluşturdu, süreçleri uçtan uca yönetti ve danışmanlık desteği sundu. Şu anda Tiga Bilgi Teknolojilerinde Kıdemli İşe Alım Uzmanı olarak görev yapmaktadır. Teknoloji sektörünün hızla değişen ihtiyaçlarına uygun yetenekleri belirleyerek, kurumun büyüme ve gelişme hedeflerine doğrudan katkı sağlamaktadır. İleri düzeyde İngilizce, temel düzeyde İspanyolca bilen Burak Bayram, Hacettepe Üniversitesi İşletme Fakültesi Pazarlama Bölümü’nde yüksek lisans eğitimini tamamladı.
