Enhancing the way how HPE products and services are perceived. Continuously improving sales funnel for select HPE products/services thru focused sales initiatives, trainings, customer & partner engagements.
- Responsible for managing the Compute & Digital Sales business unit with 20 direct reports including Presales, Sales Specialists, Account Managers and Product Managers across the East-South region. - Responsible for managing the Software Sales for HPE's Hybrid Cloud Management Platform (Morpheus Enterprise) and Virtualization Platform (HPE Morpheus VM Essentials).
- Responsible for managing the Compute & Digital Sales business unit with 20 direct reports including Presales, Sales Specialists, Account Managers and Product Managers across the East-South region. - Managed Data Services & Storage business unit for Türkiye, Caucasia & Central Asia between September 2024 and March 2025 for 6 months as a special task. - Acting leader for new HPE virtualization (Morpheus VM Essentials) software offering within East-South region.
- Became the Intern of Regional Director who is responsible for 67 countries, from a pool of 9 interns. - Coordinating and preparing for all extarnal events including university events, global conferences & meetings. - Lead person for Intel META 2012 internal communication plan, worked with PR,marketing & digital marketing managers. - Also worked in several projects with management team; o Cooperating with the online marketing manager to create a positive image for regional director. o Working together with sales as well as marketing managers to create university events to increase employer brand awareness & collect market insigth for new products and services. o Assisting the finance director in financial analysis. o Help all management team for presentations both internal & external.
- Managed Intel Turkey’s marketing programs involving channel customers. - Involved actively in preparation & implementation processes of the channel marketing campaigns & assets. - Created & distributed reports to the whole channel team at a weekly or monthly basis.
- Prepared and implemented Akçansa’s 2011 risk assesment project.
- Was responsible for creating and implementing projects, cooperatively with other representatives from other universities, that will promote Mercedes Benz’s employer brand.
- Learnt about the consepts of Scheduling,Supply Chain Management,Advanced Planning and use of a computer integrated software to enhance processes of decisions in these fields.
