Leading the delivery of A400M training devices and simulators (Full Flight Simulator, Cargo Hold Trainer, Loadmaster Workstation Trainer, Cockpit Maintenance Operator Simulator) to the Royal Air Force Training Centre. Responsible for end-to-end programme management: supplier oversight, schedule control, risk management, contract follow-up and direct customer relationship with the UK MoD. Managing a multi-supplier environment across several countries, ensuring alignment between industrial partners, internal stakeholders and the customer throughout the full programme lifecycle.

Leading a Project Management team embedded within Airbus Defence and Space, responsible for the delivery of A400M Full Flight Simulators and Flight Training Devices to four European Air Forces (UK, Germany, France, Spain). Managed team coordination, workload distribution and reporting across a portfolio of 9 simulators simultaneously.
End-to-end project management of A400M simulator programmes for the Royal Air Force, Luftwaffe and Armée de l'Air — covering planning, risk, contract management, procurement and customer acceptance. Key achievements: - Delivered Level D qualification (highest EASA standard) for simulators across three air forces - Led Factory and On-Site Acceptance Tests in front of national authorities (DGAC, LBA, AESA) - Managed simultaneous programmes across UK, Germany and France
Technical leadership role supporting programme management for defence simulation systems — UAV trainers, helicopter maintenance trainers and forward air controller simulators. Acted as technical interface between engineering and programme management, leading on-site acceptance tests and supporting procurement and requirements definition. Key platforms: Eurocopter Tiger EC665, A400M, UAV Mission Trainer.
