My professional experience started in consulting companies in the Life Science business. I have managed international acquisition and divestment as well as strategic projects and supported clients in their search for candidates with comprehensive Information Memoranda, P&Ls as well as Business Plans and Forecasts. The transition to a leading pharmaceutical aesthetics company in the area of Commercial Excellence was indeed challenging yet outmost interesting and rewarding. Currently main focus of my responsibilities is the development and implemenation of Commercial & Sales Force Excellence initiatives in the EMEA Region. I also engage in supporting our Russian affiliate interacting with diverse departments (logistics, finance, pricing, audit) and directly reporting to Head of EMEA Region. I see myself as an open-minded and multi-cultural (USA, Brazil, Germany) professional who wants to make an impact and drive innovation in biotech, pharma and healthcare by developing and implementing sustainable solutions on a larger scale. As a very good communicator and rational analyst, I aspire to work in an international environment with people from various backgrounds and mind-sets. At Bannert Manlik Consultants I had the opportunity to closely work with the two managing partners on international strategy, marketing and merger & acquistion projects. My responsibilities were to manage the project in close collaboration with the client. This included the preperation and ellaboration of project related documents, e.g. Teaser, Information Memoranda, Business Plans, Forecasts and P&Ls, Management Presentations and preparation of Due Diligence. Additionally, I was responsible for the project progress, elaborationg status reports for clients and all communication with interested parties of the project. Apart from daily business, I was also engaged in business developement and client acquistion by participating in licensing events, conducting acquisition calls and elaborating pitches and acquisition mailings.
During my work at Octapharma Biopharmaceuticals I had an insight into business operations of a Life Science company. In my role as an assistant to the general manager, I was responsible for controlling and analyzing monthly budgets, preparing and conducting regular budget meetings, liberating payments and preparing investment plans. In this I was introduced to SAP. Moreover, I had twice the opportunity to represent the company at recruiting events and also regularly participated in job candidate interviews.
