Leading the marketing team and the Adhesives and Sealants product portfolio in EMEA within Dow Automotive Systems business unit. - Profit and loss responsibility of the product range generating over 100MM USD revenue stream - Managing the marketing mix - Leading the development of the marketing plans and execution - Ownership of the technology pipeline to sustain a robust and healthy product portfolio and lead the launch plans for new products - Supporting commercial team for pricing and business negotiations on volume contracts - Ownership of generating the sales tools such as customer presentations, e-brochures, sales training programs, product websites etc. Key Achievements : - Obtained and maintained leading market share position for the product range in responsibility within EMEA - Generated double digit additional new business through new product launches, positioning existing product range to adjacent markets or acquisition of new customers.

Exclusive distributor for Gurit Essex GmBH which has been acquired by Dow Chemical in December 2001. After completion of the entegration, I have been asked to move to Dow Turkiye Kimya San ve Tic. Ltd. to establish and set-up the Dow Automotive business unit in Turkey Key Achievements - Managed growth of sales 15% via new customer acquisitions in 2001 crisis - Obtained 80% market share for glass bonding adhesives in Turkey at key automotive manufacturers - Smooth transition of the business from distributor to the Dow Chemical organization within 3 months, build the team for supply chain, sales and customer service with the local bonded warehouse setup.
