Reporting directly to the VP of Middle East & Africa and working in coordination with Country Sales Managers, Account Managers, Finance, Legal, Service Delivery Teams, Billing Teams, Global Sales Functions and different business units to drive sales operations processes in order to improve the sales effectiveness. Main Responsibilities: • Preparing regional revenue forecast in collaboration with Finance by closely monitoring sales activities and participating biweekly conference calls with Sales Managers in order to improve forecast accuracy by evaluating backlog and pipeline items. • Preparing budget of the region in collaboration with Finance, with the help of Sales Managers' inputs. • Tracking revenue recognition on month closings by comparing recognition vs. forecast & budget. • Working with Billing Teams (Ireland, India) to resolve billing milestones, invoice issues and credit notes. • Generating/summarizing monthly reports for senior management of various operating metrics and sales performances. • Supporting the Quote-to-Order process for Sales Teams of the region and evaluating the effectiveness of the process by monitoring weekly metrics. • Supporting for customer reporting requirements. • Supporting other strategic initiatives in order to optimize business performance.
I worked as a member of Siemens Brand Marketing team. I made regulations to the informations of the products on the website and in the mensual product magazines. I made a press research of the brand "Profilo" from a website that I have been given access. I participated to the launching event of the new Siemens branded fridge.
