Led CARE International Lebanon through a period of significant growth, quadrupling funding and expanding innovative programming to meet complex challenges in a crisis-stricken region. Directed emergency response efforts that successfully navigated multiple crises, resulting in heightened organizational resilience and community impact. Revamped the country program strategy, enhancing CARE’s visibility and influence through newly instituted communication and advocacy campaigns, which strengthened CARE's position within Lebanon.
