I've spent 15+ years in environments where complexity outpaces structure. The real challenge, I see every time, is keeping transformation, performance, and accountability moving in the same direction. I care about integrity, clear ownership, and disciplined delivery, creating environments where accountability comes with the authority to make decisions and follow through. In my previous role, I led a multi-year transformation of thyssenkrupp’s global IT organization supporting 500+ companies worldwide, and was recognized as Poland’s Business Leader of the Year for measurable impact and results.

Built the global IT hub from the ground up and subsequently led its strategic transformation, aligning operating model, services, and delivery with business priorities.
