• Developing and executing a hands-on recruitment plan that supports the organization’s growth • Leading the Talent Acquisition team, with a strong focus on professional development • Recruiting for senior-level and strategically important positions • Advising HR and management on recruitment-related matters and labor market developments • Developing and leading a the employer branding & recruitment marketing strategy to strengthen the employer brand • Developing and coordinating campus recruitment initiatives in collaboration with educational institutions • Managing partnerships with external providers and recruitment agencies • Using data and analytics to monitor and optimize KPIs (such as cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, time-to-hire and candidate experience)
Leading the TA Manufacturing team (6 FTE) across McCain Foods, McCain Appetizers & Van Geloven, covering 14 production plants in the EMENA region.
