I have an extensive background as an experienced operational executive within the sector and am a solid all rounder being very commercial, strategy and finance focused - with tech knowledge. I also advise and consult with firms, both finance and tech companies, on day to day strategic and operational matters, due diligence relating to transactions and advice with portfolio companies. My previous 16+ years business experience, prior to entering the tech finance M&A space, was as a commercially focused senior executive within the Real Estate, Facilities Management, IWMS and related software industry. I led various teams and functions over the years most recently focusing on the company strategy and M&A activities, including being heavily involved with the multiple strategic acquisitions that we transacted. My PropTech sector experience includes working with Residential, Commercial, Investor, Corporate and Service Providers clients. I have a proven track record in successfully managing people, teams, projects, budgets and P&L as well as leading, developing and nurturing a successful company division. Experience in Sales, Business Development, Operations and Business Growth (including M&A). I've worked both under private company ownership and under Private Equity ownership. I'm always keen to hear about opportunities within the M&A Advisory, Private Equity, Investment Banking and Venture Capital tech space as well as senior commercial roles within the real estate tech space.
