About

For more than 14 years, I've helped organizations build cultures where belonging, accountability, and performance can coexist β€” from our nation's capital to classrooms, communities, and complex institutions. I'm Bryce J. Celotto (he/him), an award-winning inclusion strategist, educator, speaker, and people & culture leader. My career began in Washington, D.C., where I worked as an LGBTQ+ policy advocate and legislative strategist alongside the nation's leading LGBTQ+ organizations. I helped advance initiatives impacting LGBTQ+ youth, education, healthcare, workplace inclusion, and civil rights protections β€” experiences that shaped my understanding of how meaningful change happens at both the systems and human level. I later brought that work into education, teaching culturally responsive history, leading literacy programs for underserved youth, serving as a museum educator, and mentoring students from elementary school through college. These experiences reinforced my belief that learning, storytelling, and community are among the most powerful tools for transformation. Over the last decade, I've applied those same principles across professional sports, technology, higher education, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 organizations. I've partnered with leaders to develop talent, strengthen culture, design learning experiences, build community-centered programs, and navigate organizational change. My work has included leadership and advisory roles with grassroots nonprofits, national advocacy organizations, Major League Baseball, high-growth technology companies, and public institutions. Along the way, I've supported LGBTQ+ organizations across the country, spoken nationally on leadership and inclusion, and helped organizations create environments where people can thrive. I'm a trans military veteran, former Point Foundation Scholar, and LinkedIn Top LGBTQ+ Voice in the U.S. and Canada, bringing a perspective shaped by advocacy, education, service, and lived experience. Today, I co-create, and co-lead, learning and inclusion initiatives supporting the fastest-growing light rail system in the United States, bringing together my interests in leadership development, community engagement, public infrastructure, and systems change. I also work as a senior independent consultant advising organizations on culture transformation, leadership development, employee experience, learning & development, and inclusive workplace strategy. I'm open to connecting around leadership opportunities, consulting engagements, speaking invitations, and collaborative projects.
