My career has focused on helping complex organizations transition from legacy operational models toward data-driven, operationally resilient environments supported by AI-enabled operational intelligence, enterprise information strategy, and cross-functional alignment. I currently lead strategic operational initiatives within a multinational offshore infrastructure environment, supporting operational governance, emergency response readiness, executive decision-making, and operational modernization programs. Outside of work, I remain passionate about leadership, endurance sports (former Ironman), coaching, and continual learning.

Responsible for company technical information management. - Manage company risk management process - Ensured valuable corporate data assets were obtained during the complex, international construction phase and were built into asset digital twins including computerized maintenance management system, GIS digital twin, plant digital twin (Aveva), subsea data models and engineering models. - Scoping operational data management system(s). - Lead corporate geo-spatial information practice. - Technical focal point for Pipeline Information Management system (PIMS) & Enterprise Asset Management System. (CMMS).
Account and client development / project manager for the Netherlands oil and gas market. Responsible for daily account management activities through to the project delivery process. - Developed strategies to optimize the use of the ESRI suite of products - Developed and advise on workflows to address specific client requirements - Advised on methods for efficient GIS Data Management - Scoped and manage multiple concurrent small and medium GIS projects including installations, training programs, jump-starts, production mapping and custom development.
- Business development, project management and technical consulting focusing on the energy market - onsite at AGIP KCO in Europe and Kazakhstan. - In-country (Kazakhstan - rotational) assignment - business analyst for information workflow improvement opportunities within multiple business units in the project. - Project management, ISO documentation, system design, technical mentorship and knowledge transfer.
